TXO Systems collects personal information that may be used to identify a person or organisation such as name, title, phone number, email address, or mailing address. For security, we do not collect or store credit card information for online purchases. In addition, TXO Systems is fully PCI compliant for credit card payments. Other financial details are stored on our secure internal system which is only accessible by a limited number of authorised staff.
In general, a person can browse our websites without giving TXO Systems any personal information. Additional activities may require a person or organisation to be registered. As part of the registration process, we ask for a creation of an account where we collect additional personal information. We use that information for several general purposes: to tell individuals or organisations about products and services if requested; to fulfil requests; to contact an individual if we need to obtain or provide additional information; to verify the accuracy of our records; to contact an individual regarding customer satisfaction surveys.
From time to time, we may offer you the opportunity to opt in to receive TXO newsletters, mailings or other promotions. An individual or organisation will be provided with an opportunity to indicate whether they wish to participate in these activities in accordance with relevant notice and consent requirements under applicable local laws.
How Information Collected is Used
When a request for a quotation/order/information is placed through our websites, we use the clients’ personal information to process and fulfil the request. We may send an email to confirm or update the client on the status of their order. We may also use the clients’ personal information to respond to any of their customer service inquiries.
We also use personal information to operate and improve our websites and to deliver the products and services that have been requested. We keep track of the pages viewed by each visitor and the manner in which they use our websites to determine what products and services are most popular and whether to make changes to our websites. We may, from time to time, review personal information to help us analyse trends, purchasing patterns and preferences, and demographics.
When an individual or organisation requests a quote, places an order, gives us their email address, subscribes to our mailing list or participates in any other mailing/promotion on our websites, we use the information provided to:
- send emails, regular mail or call individuals or organisations as applicable, to inform them about products and services they might be interested in;
- personalise the shopping experience for individuals or organisations by using their product interests, shopping patterns and purchase information to recommend other products, services or promotions that we believe might interest them, including those of other companies; or
- notify individuals or organisations of changes.
Individuals or organisations will be provided with an opportunity to indicate whether they are happy for us to use their personal information for these purposes in accordance with notice and consent requirements under applicable local laws.
We maintain the personal information provided to us, along with a record of purchases, in a secure database. To best serve you, we may combine this information with data that is publicly available and data that we collect or receive from other business partners and/or reputable sources.

We may share personal information with our trusted third-party service providers to help us manage and operate our websites, such as processing orders, performing statistical analysis, sending emails or postal mail, providing customer support and performing other important services. Although these partners may not be affiliated with us, they are required to maintain the confidentiality of information and are not authorised to discuss, disclose or make any use of personal information except as necessary to provide such services. If an alternative payment process is required, the personal and financial information needed to process your application or purchase will be sent directly to each provider. The companies that administer these programs are independent of TXO Systems and have their own privacy policies. We encourage individuals and organisations to learn more about their policies on their websites.
Personal information will be held by us for so long as is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, for the settlement of any potential disputes which may be raised or otherwise in accordance with legal requirements.
